1 bed – 1 bath

75006 – 1st floor w/o elevator, 42m²

4,000€/month including all utilities, charges, taxes, insurance

This one bedroom Odéon apartment for rent in Paris is in a lively corner of the 6th district. It sits on the first floor without elevator of an 18th century building. Part of Parisian literary history, the building housed the original Shakespeare & Co. bookstore in 1919.

Its living area includes an open kitchen and offers high ceilings and southeast facing French windows. Contemporary murals on the living room and bedroom walls provide a modern contrast to the original beamed ceilings. In addition, a sofa bed accommodates two.

The bedroom overlooks a quiet courtyard and benefits from an air conditioning unit. Moreover, there is an en-suite bath and a separate WC.

Amenities include a washer, a dryer, and plenty of storage space.

Just steps from the Boulevard Saint-Germain, the apartment is close to many galleries, cinemas, restaurants, shops, cafés and public transportation. The Place Saint-Germain des Prés, the Luxembourg gardens, the Seine and the Place Saint-Sulpice are all a short stroll away.

This Odéon property’s unique location in Paris’ most sought-after district makes it the perfect pied-à-terre.

My name is Dina Debenedetti and I graduated from Princeton in 2016. I came across your listing for an apartment in Paris in the Princeton Alumni magazine and was wondering if it is available this summer.

I am currently in graduate school and will be interning in Paris for the summer, so am looking to rent from around June 8th to August 24th (although my dates are slightly flexible). Is your apartment available during this time? If so, what is the approximate pricing?

Please let me know if you have any questions or would like any additional information.
