Our new video showcases something incredibly special – an Eiffel Tower view Paris apartment.

Join Kerstin Bachmann, founder and Managing Director of 56Paris, for a guided tour of this rare and exceptional property.

The history of the tower

First things first. The Eiffel Tower itself.

It’s not just a symbol of France, but one of the most famous landmarks in the world.

Built by Gustave Eiffel between 1887-1889 and unveiled at the World’s Fair, it marked 100 years since the French Revolution.

At the time, the wrought-iron steel tower was cutting edge, and at a height of 1024 feet, the tallest building in the world. It held this record for 40 years, until the unveiling of the Chrysler Building in New York.

In the 21st century, the Eiffel Tower is the most visited paid monument in the world. And for a Paris apartment, having a tower view adds greatly to its desirability.

Fun fact: did you know there are over 50 replicas of the Eiffel Tower internationally? In this previous blog we take a look at a few of them.

A dream Paris apartment

Owning an apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower is a dream for many.

And in this two-bed two-bathroom apartment with balconies, you don’t simply have a view. It’s so close, the Eiffel Tower becomes part of the décor!

In our new video, Kerstin Bachmann showcases the home.

It’s set in a gorgeous period building, on a high floor level with an elevator and of course, a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. The turnkey property is perfectly renovated, with air conditioning, and filled with natural light.

The apartment is set in the Champs de Mars area of the 7th arrondissement (district), and just a block away from the Seine.

A modern and sleek renovation

In the video, Kerstin enters the apartment on the seventh floor of the building, where a modern and sleek renovation is a beautiful backdrop to the décor.

The living room offers high ceilings, arched windows, and a fireplace. But most spectacular of all are the three balconies – big enough for a bistro table and chairs, and outdoor dining in front of the tower.

The spacious and open feel of this beautiful home is also due to the optimal floor plan, which is perfectly designed.

The dining room is between the living room and the kitchen, so light shines in from both sides. While the fully-equipped kitchen is on the courtyard side, with open views over the Parisian rooftops. From the kitchen there is a separate entry, as well as a service elevator that leads to the basement storage unit.

The two bedrooms are just as impressive.

The spacious master bedroom overlooks a quiet courtyard. It offers ample storage space, a separate WC, and a mosaic mural in the large shower.

Finally, the second bedroom suite also has storage space, a vanity, and an adjacent WC, as well as a marble en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink.

A sought-after location in Paris

If you venture out from this peaceful haven, a quick stroll will take you to the vast Champs de Mars garden at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Or to the Seine and the Trocadéro Gardens across the bridge.

You can also enjoy the many specialty shops, restaurants, and cafés on nearby rue St. Dominique and rue de Grenelle.

Farther along this avenue, you'll find the Place de L'École Militaire and the nearby rue Cler market street.

This property is ideal for entertaining and relaxing. It’s available to purchase furnished or unfurnished to become your primary residence, second home, or rental investment.
